I love this site. I feel we're kindred spirits, my website/life is angel themed. Obsessed with the Catholic devotional objects page, and thanks for the reminder to read the cloud on unknowing!

absolutely scrumptious site, your candle sent me to a video about Tudor history, because apparently candles can smell what your special interests are!

Thanks for the follow -- your website is so lovely. I am very jealous of your dog-headed St. Christopher icon!

hi, just wanted to tell you I'm a proud owner of Relique d'Amour by Oriza L Legrand thanks to your recommendation. Is there anywhere I can figure out what the book you're writing is about ? So I can try and help with the writer's block

yay, im glad you found something you liked! it was an exciting recommendation to give. i've actually never posted about it before, and i haven't even told anyone irl what my book is about... maybe that's part of the problem. but i love to chat writing with writers so if you'd like, you can email me ([email protected]) or if you have a tumblr, im there under the same url. :) thank you for your generosity!

like walking through a beautifully curated museum. i loved your essay on ethnography as someone who finds anthropology fascinating and who too has that familiar neurotic fear. keep on keeping on :D

You have such a wonderful site. It's very thoughtfully presented and feels intentional, as though I might learn something new here. I look forward to revisiting it as it updates. :)

Hi !! Do you have any recommendations for fragrances ? I'd love to smell like a church (preferably one that's burnt down). Love the site by the way, and all the little details you've incorporated !! (i want to get a grotte chauvet tattoo)

I have been saving space on my arm forever now for a copy of a pazyryk mummy animal tattoo, but i almost think the chauvet paintings would be even cooler! (i replied your other question directly on your profile)

i love the new look for the site, much more legible and a very pretty and decorative layout. I can't help but think of all the care behind the last one too though! if you have screenshots of it, i think a changelog page would look so cute, just to remember it by. love the jukebox also, im adding night watch to my jazz/film/psychedelic playlist. reminds me of alain goraguer soo much.

thank you air! i want to keep fussing with it, some of the newer pages feel a little bland, but i suppose no great collection is born overnight. changelog is definitely on my list, i think i do have screenshots (or rather a screen recording) of the old site + i plan to pay homage to that design style when i get started on my shrines page!

Sarge's deli on 3rd avenue; giant reubens similar to Katz but its not as crowded. The Met Cloisters have a great exhibit about hybrid mythological creatures if you can get out that way. Down in the east village there is a rubber stamp store called Casey Rubber Stamp, definitely check that out.

ooo, a house. I love houses. This is looking very intriguing so far. I will await eagerly to see what else pops up here.
